Before the session, you meet the herd and the facilitators. We take time to gently set intentions, allowing the horses to support you in this process
A professional musician and producer will select music that best fits your journey. This phase of the experience is given special attention, as it lays the foundation for the procesS.
During the journey, you’ll have the option to have the horses nearby. For safety reasons, the herd cannot enter the designated safe space, but they will remain close.
The horses serve as powerful space-holders, naturally attuned to subtle shifts in heart rate, blood pressure, and breath. Their innate sensitivity creates a grounding presence.
Research shows that simply being in the presence of horses can evoke a deep sense of safety and calm.
Insights may arise during your session—moments of clarity, emotion, or deep understanding. To help integrate these experiences, we offer one-on-one sessions with a certified Equicoach.
Together with the herd, the Equicoach will gently guide you in transforming insights into meaningful and lasting change.
An online follow-up session is included as part of your journey, providing continued support and reflection after your time with us.
